Software is a set of computer programs and related data that gives a computer instructions on what to do and how to accomplish it. A software interface connects the user and the computer. It's a collection of guidelines or programs, that are used to control hardware. It is in charge of regulating, integrating, and managing a computer system's physical components as well as completing specified tasks. Software for the Operating System.
